Kenny at Schwanenstadt(Austria) in September 1979. He finished 5th in the 350cc race. My thnaks to the photographer who sent these two pictures from Austria especially for inclusion on this page.

I have just received these three marvellous photos from Paul Bradbury on the Isle of Man. They show Kenny at Parliament Square during the running of the Senior TT (for bikes up to 500cc) held on the day before his death. The race was actually stopped due to deteriorating weather conditions and the pictures show the marshalls stopping the field and directing them back towards the pits. These may very well be the last photos taken of Kenny before his death and I am very grateful to Paul Bradbury for providing them for me.

2009 Update: Through a very curious circumstance I have been sent an archive of pictures of Kenny from the mid-to-late 1970's, all taken by the talented Victorian photographer, Robin Lewis. I have his permission to use these on this site and I'd like to thank him a lot for the courtesy and his valuable contribution.

Ken leading the pack up Bitupave Hill on the BMW R90/S, 1975.

Ken at Calder Park, probably around 1974.

Ken on an early variant of the famous Ecco Engineering BMW.

Ken being presented with a trophy for a meeting presented by the Harley Club of Victoria, in 1974. I suspect the venue is Calder Park again and I think the other two people in the picture are Ken Dobson and, in the background, Bob Rosenthal, although I'm prepared to be corrected on both of these.

Hume Weir is the venue and the bike, a later version of the Ecco BMW. Compare this photo to the one that I took at the same venue of the same bike and it looks like Robin Lewis and I must have been standing at the same spot on the same day!!

Coming and going. Ken had such a graceful style.

Ken on the Rusty Cragill TZ350. Also taken at Hume Weir, although not at the same meeting. Note the earlier model Premier helmet.

Ken on an earlier TZ at Calder again.

Ken at Laverton, Australian TT 1976, pulling away from the great Agostini on the Ron Angel Suzuki RG500.

And, lastly, a glorious photo of Ken on the ex Bruno Spaggiari Ducati 750SS, taken, I believe, at Lakeside Raceway in Queensland.
