The current nameservers are ns1|ns2.hostexchange.net.au, but this needs to be changed to whoever you will be hosing the site with.

 

If the setup is to be the same as halltech.com.au, the nameservers should be ns1.bluehost.com and ns2.bluehost.com.

 

I'd expect Grae would be able to help you get this set up properly.
